1. Who we are

This website belongs to MiMi y sus Solteros, a singles club that has been running in Miami for 24 years. Our office is at 7105 SW 8th Street, Suite 310, Miami, FL 33144. Call us at 786-346-7930 or write to info@solterosmiami.com.

We are responsible for the data collected on solterosmiami.com and at the office.

2. What we collect

What you give us

• When you call or message on WhatsApp: your phone number and whatever you tell us.
• When you use the website form: name, age, phone, what you are interested in, and your message.
• When you sign up at the office: the profile details we put together with you in order to introduce you to matches.
• When you book a trip: whatever the cruise line or agency requires, which we ask you for at the time.

What is collected automatically

When you visit the site, our measurement tools record technical data: pages viewed, time on site, device type, browser language, approximate city and where you arrived from. None of it includes your name or phone number.

3. What we use it for

• Getting back to you and confirming your booking.
• Introducing you to compatible people, if you signed up for the matchmaking service.
• Letting you know about upcoming socials, trips and events.
• Understanding which parts of the site work and which do not, so we can improve them.

What we do not do: we do not sell or rent your data to anyone, we do not publish it, and we do not pass it to other members without your express permission.

4. One note about the form

The form on the contact page stores nothing on this website. What you type becomes a WhatsApp message that opens on your phone, and it only reaches us if you press send. Until then the information never leaves your device. From that point on the conversation lives in WhatsApp and is also governed by WhatsApp's privacy policy.

5. Cookies and measurement

We use Google Tag Manager to load measurement tools, among them Google Analytics and, when we run campaigns, the Meta pixel. These tools leave cookies in your browser so we can tell whether you come back and measure which ad worked.

You can block them without losing anything on the site:

• Through your browser's cookie settings.
• With the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.
• Through your Facebook ad settings.

The site works just as well with cookies blocked: there is no cart, no member area and nothing that depends on them.

6. Event photos

At the socials and on the trips we take photos and videos of the atmosphere, and some end up in this site's gallery and on our social accounts. It is how we show the club to people who have not been yet.

If you appear in a photo and would rather it were not published, say so and we take it down. A call to 786-346-7930 or an email to info@solterosmiami.com telling us which one is enough. You do not have to explain why.

7. Who we share it with

Only with whoever is needed to provide the service:

• Google and Meta, through the measurement tools described above.
• Cruise lines, agencies and hotels, when you book a specific trip.
• Authorities, if a court order requires it.

8. How long we keep it

We keep your contact details for as long as you are a member or want to hear about our events. If you ask us to delete them, we delete them and that is that.

9. Your rights

At any time you can ask us to:

• Tell you what we hold about you.
• Correct anything that is wrong.
• Delete your data.
• Stop sending you event notices.

You ask the same way you do everything else at this club: by calling 786-346-7930 or writing to info@solterosmiami.com. We reply within 30 days at the latest, and usually the same day.

10. Minors

The club is for adults. Neither the website nor the events are aimed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe that has happened, tell us and we will delete it.

11. Changes to this policy

If we change anything, we update the date above. Significant changes are also announced on the home page.
